REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend the performance due to contagious illness, we will issue the cost of your ticket back to you minus our system’s online processing fee. Please contact us at tickets@studio-east.org as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend the show.
EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be submitted to tickets@studio-east.org no later than 48 hours before the scheduled performance. Tickets can only be exchanged for another performance within the run of the show. All exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
If you cannot make another performance, please consider releasing your tickets as a donation! This is a great way to support Studio East and allow other patrons to purchase tickets for the show. Exchanging or releasing your tickets at least 48 hours in advance gives Studio East a better chance of filling empty seats.
