Mini-Winter Classes are the perfect way to warm up your creativity and experience the joy of theater without a long-term commitment. This 5-week session offers a fun, focused introduction to performance, ideal for students joining us for the first time or for returning performers looking to build new skills.
With options for ages 4 through grade 12, every young actor can find a class that sparks their interest. Whether your student wants to act, sing, create, or play, we’ve got something just for them.
Exploring new worlds through drama is a great way to build confidence and communication skills. Students will play games, read stories, and sing songs to unleash their inner drama bug! Young performers learn to create characters and tell stories as they work as individuals and cooperatively in this super fun, high-energy class.

In this mini-musical, students learn basic rehearsal techniques and vocabulary as they put together a show! This original script based on Cinderella features enough roles for every student and songs including “It’s Possible” and “Bippity Boopity Boo”. We will work with a script, rehearse our play, and share with our friends and family!

Through dramatic play, improvisation, and imagination games we will explore drama technique in this fun, lively acting class. Then, we’ll work together to create our own amazing original play inspired by the theme “Fairytale”. There may be princesses, witches or wizards, big bad wolves, and more. Who will you be?

This original script based on villainous Disney characters features enough roles for every student and songs including “Cruella de Vil” and “Gaston”. We will work with a script, rehearse our play, and share with our friends and family!

Step into the spotlight and learn how to shine on screen! In this fun, hands-on class, students will explore acting techniques for TV commercials, practice delivering lines naturally, and gain confidence in front of the camera. Perfect for creative kids ready to show off their personality and have fun performing!

Slips, falls, spit takes, oh my! The physical comedy you see on stage is a ton of fun for the actors. But, all that fun comes after a lot of practice. In this hilarious class, young actors will learn the basics of slapstick comedy. Then we’ll create our own comedic scenes and learn how to use our voices, bodies and faces to tell hysterically funny stories!

This course provides some basic techniques for learning and applying stage dialects. In this class, we will work to discover how to use our instrument to tell stories by learning and applying technique to vocal dialect, breath control and finally connecting to our own emotional voice. Some dialects covered may be American Southern, Upper Standard British, Cockney, Irish, or New York / Brooklyn.

In this Acting for Film class, actors will work with movie aficionado Kim Douthit to re-create famous scenes from well known films, and learn the acting techniques that go along with them. They’ll use script material from movies to bring scenes to life! Great for actors wanting to try film acting and learn the classic techniques.

Winter Classes offer a welcoming way to explore theater, spark new skills, and stay creative during the colder months. This 8-week session provides a focused introduction to performance for students who are trying theater for the first time, as well as returning performers eager to grow in a supportive environment.

Young performers will build confidence through storytelling, movement, and imaginative play inspired by Elsa, Anna, and Olaf. Students explore characters through games, stories, and simple songs while learning to express themselves clearly and cooperatively, unleashing their inner drama bug! They work as individuals and cooperatively in this super fun, high-energy class.

‼️ NEW CLASS: Young singers will team up to save the world…through music! Students will explore their voices, learn fun songs from the hit movie K-Pop Demon Hunters, and practice rhythm, expression, and confidence on stage. Together, they’ll sing, move, and create a mini performance to share with family for the last day of class!

Young musical theater performers will explore the world of Frozen through songs, choreography, creative drama, and character play. Students will learn two musical numbers, including “Let It Go,” while gaining confidence in singing and movement. The session ends with a performance for families on the last day of class.

Ideal for beginners or actors seeking a refresher, this small-group environment offers focused feedback. Families are invited to a final performance on the last day of class.

Students will dive into songs and choreography from K-Pop Demon Hunters while learning to build strong characters and confident stage presence. Through singing, movement, and acting a song, they will prepare a vibrant musical revue. The final class features a performance for families complete with music and a short scene.

The physical comedy you see on stage is often the most fun for the audience, and the actors! In this comedic class, students will discover the fundamentals of unarmed stage combat and physical comedy in a safe, structured environment. They will learn how to fall, punch, kick, pull, and “bite” convincingly while keeping partners safe. After practicing technique, students create comedic scenes that use movement, voice, and expression to tell hilarious stories.

Aspiring singers will develop core vocal skills in a supportive group setting. Students will learn musical terminology, healthy technique, and expressive singing through ensemble pieces from musical theater. Ideal for those not yet ready for private lessons. Families are invited to a short showcase during the final class.

In this mini-musical, students learn rehearsal techniques and vocabulary as they put together a show inspired by the new movie and musical, Wicked: For Good! Together, they will learn songs such as “No Good Deed,” practice choreography, and explore character work and stage presence as they act out an original script.

This energetic class invites students to explore the art of portraying unforgettable villains. Through monologues and character exercises, they will learn to use voice, expression, and physicality to bring mischievous or dramatic antagonists to life on camera. Perfect for students who enjoy bold characters and creative play.

Perform a one-act play! Students will study stage fundamentals, character development, and the full production process as they rehearse and perform a one-act play. Through script work and fun, dynamic exercises, they will build confidence and deepen their understanding of acting. The class ends with a performance for friends and family.

Students will sharpen their spontaneity and teamwork while learning the fundamentals of improv comedy. Through interactive games and scene work, they will build confidence, creativity, and quick-thinking skills. Participants create unscripted stories, characters, and sketches, making this class a great fit for actors, comedians, or anyone seeking a fun, energetic performance experience.
