The casual event will include games, prizes, heavy hors d’oeuvres, amazing wine and non-alcoholic beverages, a chance to bid on a limited number of amazing auction items, an opportunity to raise your paddle, and an inspiring program of student performances.

All games will be very accessible – the kind anyone can play and enjoy! Each game requires just ONE game token. Games currently planned are (but not limited to):
• Corn Hole
• Spin the Prize Wheel
• Trivia
• Feed the Bard (bean bag toss)
• Left-Right-Center
• And more!
Each time you WIN a game, you WIN a Prize Entry.
Studio East students will be facilitating all of the games!
Yes! Attendees can purchase unlimited additional game tokens the night of the event. Tokens will be sold at the Welcome/Check-in Table: 5 Tokens for $50
3 Prize Winners will be drawn at the beginning of the Auction and Entertainment portion of the evening (approx. 7:30p). Three Prizes will be available:
I Love Theater Package – includes theater tickets to several Seattle area theaters Studio East Mainstage Ticket package – 4 tickets to each (remaining) 2024-25 Season show. Includes season show art poster Studio East Mainstage Wine Basket – 8 bottles of amazing wine, each with a custom label of mainstage art from our 2024-25 season – INCLUDING the surprise reveal of the 2025 Summer Teen Musical! We’ll also have lots of ‘thanks for playing’ goodies, jest to make sure no one goes home empty handed 😉
Auction items will be announced in October.
Our program portion of the evening will feature fantastic student performances! We’re having a Bake Sale! NO CASH NEEDED. Attendees will simply provide their name, assigned bid number and donation amount. Donation will be added to your checkout. Jest for Funds is always a time of delicious food and amazing wine (and non-alcoholic beverages). We will have options to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and vegan.
Complimentary parking is available BENEATH the hotel. Attendees will access the parking garage via 166th Street off of Redmond Way. The image below shows the red line to the ramp to the parking garage – ramp is just to the right of the red highlighted area.
