What is DAF Day?
DAF Day is a national day of giving with donor advised funds (DAF).
What is a DAF? A DAF is a charitable savings account (similar to a 401k for giving). It’s already a powerful tool for any donor to accelerate their giving, with an even greater potential when we all DAF together.
Give in a meaningful way to Studio East from your Donor Advised Fund this Thursday, October 8.
Our goal is to inspire 10 donors to give on DAF Day! If each person gave $100, we would be able to fully fund a Mainstage student’s tuition of $1,000.

Other Ways To Support
If your DAF Provider is not found using DAFpay, you can still donate by reaching out to your provider and requesting a check to be mailed to Studio East directly. Make sure to include your name for proper donor acknowledgement! Make checks payable to Studio East and mail to the following address:

According to IRS guidelines and DAF sponsors' rules, donations from DAFs cannot be used to pay—neither partially or wholly—for fundraising events/tickets/tables, or memberships if they include goods or benefits that aren’t fully tax-deductible.
