This class is for the young actor who wants to audition for an upcoming show but doesn't know where to begin. Students will learn how to find an age-appropriate monologue, how to prepare, go through a mock audition and have the opportunity to ask questions. Students will leave with an audition packet full of important material - a great resource for this and future auditions. Parents, please stay for the first 30 minutes of class.
Musical Audition Workshop

How on earth do I find a good song for an audition?? In this workshop, we'll focus on identifying elements and qualities of your voice that are best suited to particular songs. Students will learn how to choose an appropriate song for an audition, how to prepare, and have the opportunity to practice and ask questions. Students will leave with a lot of information, great ideas and at least two songs to work on! Parents, please stay for the first 10 minutes of class.

This class is for the actor who often makes it to the callback, but doesn't get cast. What can you do at the callback that will increase your chances of getting the part? Climb into the minds of the directors and learn just what is going on and how best to prepare. In addition to learning what a director is looking for, students will explore scene readings, singing, and a practice dance audition. Parents, please stay for the first 20 minutes of class.
