
Sharlet Bonnell began her teaching career as a dance teacher at Melanie’s Dancers Inc. in Normandy Park, WA from 1996-2002. She received her Bachelors in Performing Arts Education as well as her elementary teaching certificate from Western Washington University. Sharlet currently works as an independent teaching artist and an elementary teacher for Emerson K-12 (Kirkland). She has had the joy of teaching for Youth Theatre Northwest (Mercer Island), Stone Soup Theatre (Wallingford), Seattle Public Theatre, Studio East (Kirkland), Village Theatre (Everett/Issaquah) and Seattle Children’s Theatre.
