BIO: Molly Goforth
Molly Goforth is an innovative and dedicated teacher, director, and coach with more than twelve years of experience within the performing arts and instruction arenas. She is passionate about creating a new generation of theatre artists and theatre-goers by re-assessing the unique quality and value of live theatre. She has considerable experience teaching in diverse environments, encompassing university, community college, studio, corporate and non-profit settings as well as private coaching. Molly has copious specialized experience teaching Acting Voice, Movement, Speech and has worked with students with diverse backgrounds. Her pedagogy is rooted in belief that specificity in acting training is an expansive, rather than a reductive, process, incorporating all aspects of vocal, somatic, and imaginative awareness.
